This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you visit waltonsignage.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, please get in touch using the contact details at the bottom of the page.

What we collect

  • Strictly necessary cookies. A small cookie that remembers your consent choice and a session cookie used by our admin tools. These are required for the site to work and cannot be turned off.
  • Analytics & visit data. If you allow it, we record page views, the pages you visit, the referring site, your approximate location (city/region from your IP address), the browser and device you use, and a randomly generated visitor ID so we can group page views into a session.
  • Information you submit. If you fill in a contact form, request a quote, or send us feedback, we receive whatever you typed in (typically your name, email, company, and message).

Why we collect it

  • To run the website and keep it secure.
  • To understand which pages and case studies are useful so we can improve our content.
  • To identify the company behind a visit (for example, "someone from Acme Retail looked at our roll-out case study") so our sales team can follow up with relevant information.
  • To respond to enquiries you send us.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal data. We do share limited information with the following service providers so that the site can function and so we can understand who is interested in our work:

  • ZoomInfo — we send the IP address of analytics-consenting visitors to ZoomInfo so they can tell us the company that IP belongs to (this is called "company-level enrichment"). ZoomInfo does not return the identity of an individual person.
  • Our hosting and email providers — used to deliver the site and to send internal notifications to our team when someone contacts us or matches a sales-relevant pattern.

How long we keep it

  • Your cookie consent choice is stored on your device for up to 12 months, then we ask again.
  • Analytics page-view and session data is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted or aggregated.
  • Company enrichment results are kept for up to 24 months alongside the related visit data.
  • Messages you send us through a form are kept for as long as we have an active relationship, plus up to 3 years afterwards for record-keeping.

Your rights

If you are in the UK, EU, or another region with similar laws, you have the right to:

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Object to or restrict how we use it, including opting out of analytics and company enrichment.
  • Ask for a copy in a portable format.
  • Complain to your local data-protection authority (for example, the ICO in the UK).

You can change your cookie choice at any time by clearing the consent cookie in your browser; we'll then ask again on your next visit.
